About
Robbie Britt is an award winning leader, speaker and coach.Robbie has an extensive background working with locker rooms, classrooms and boardrooms. Through his work, he has become known for his ability to develop positive and productive working environments, earning him the nickname, “America’s Culture Coach.”In 2023, while serving in his 4th season as Head Baseball Coach at the University of Charleston (WV), he led the Golden Eagles to their 3rd consecutive conference championship and 3rd straight NCAA Tournament.His teams consistently dominated the arenas of classroom, competition and community. 8-straight semesters of a 3.0+ team GPA, 3-straight conference championships, NCAA Tournament Appearances, and back-to-back 40-win seasons. Finally, a consistent passion for serving over 1000 hours in the local community each year. Robbie's teams make an impact wherever they go.Prior to leading the UCWV Baseball program, Britt impacted another type of classroom, leading the educational development of 156 students at Rossview High School. In his first year at Rossview, Robbie earned Level 5 status from the State of Tennessee Board of Education; the highest level an educator can achieve.Using his energetic personality, and engaging storytelling style, Robbie challenges his clients to walk through their leadership journey with conviction and inspires them to show up the best version of their self.Robbie leads with his wife, Courtney and their three children, Ellie, Camp and Crew.
